- Order preparation: Know that our team prepares your parcels from Monday to Thursday from 8am to 4pm and on Friday from 8am to 11am. Orders placed after 11am on Friday will therefore be prepared and sent the following Monday. Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours following confirmation received by email and parcels are handed over once a day in the afternoon to the selected carrier.
- Please note, in case of increased activity and/or public holidays, preparation may take longer than usual. However, we do everything possible to ensure your orders arrive on time.
