- Order preparation: Please note that our team prepares your parcels from Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and on Friday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Orders placed after 11 a.m. on Friday will therefore be prepared and shipped the following Monday. Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours following the confirmation received by email, and parcels are handed over once a day in the afternoon to the selected carrier.

- Please note that in the event of increased activity and/or public holidays, preparation may take longer than usual. However, we do everything possible to ensure that your orders arrive on time.

 

Important information regarding the shipment of your orders:

-- from 1/11/2020, an ex-VAT tax of €5 per parcel will be applied to each shipment to overseas destinations.

- For several months, our carrier has had to make the difficult decision to temporarily suspend its delivery services in Ukraine due to the exceptional situation and logistical challenges on the ground.
