Important messages:
- Order preparation: Please note that our team prepares your packages from Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 4 pm and on Friday from 8 am to 11 am. Orders placed after 11 am on Friday will therefore be prepared and sent the following Monday. Orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours following the confirmation received by email, and packages are handed over once a day in the afternoon to the selected carrier.
- Attention, in case of increased activity and/or public holidays, preparation may take longer than usual. However, we do everything possible to ensure your orders reach you on time.
