Prickly pear, also called nopal, is known to reduce the absorption of fats by the intestine, particularly following a rich meal. By capturing these, calorie intake is limited and lipid is eliminated instead of being stored in the body. This patented active ingredient, with its fiber content of more than 35%, also plays a role in digestion because it contributes to good intestinal transit and absorbs sugars.
Konjac, a particularly low-calorie plant, also helps to avoid bloating. Locust bean gum, for its part, plays a prebiotic role in the intestinal microbiota.

Thanks to konjac and locust bean gum, glycemia is regulated. Studies* have shown that ORGANIC nopal, combined with a balanced diet, promotes “good” cholesterol.

2- PROVIDES A SATIETOGENETIC EFFECT

Organic prickly pear, konjac and locust bean gum are three plants rich in fiber thickening in contact with water. The soluble and insoluble fibers of ORGANIC nopal, combined with konjac enriched with glucomannane, and in locust bean gum, have the capacity to form a gel complex in contact with water. This volume in the stomach thus provides a appetite suppressant effect natural, reducing hunger and clearly limiting the desire to snack and eat. The glucomannan contained in konjac (more than 95%) has the capacity to absorb up to 100 times its weight in water, a real natural sponge and a ally in weight loss !

To prolong this feeling of satiety, locust bean gum is also capable of delay nutrient absorption, thus reducing appetite in the longer term.
