1 - DIFFERENT SIZES OF HYALURONIC ACIDS

Hyaluronic acids differ by their molecular weight, which determines their action in the different skin layers.
A whole hyaluronic acid molecule is too large to cross the skin barrier: that is why oral supplementation is essential to act deeply.

The Absolu Hyaluronique combines a full spectrum of molecular weights to optimize bioavailability and effectiveness:

In the case of hyaluronic acid, this association is all the more interesting because the entire molecule, due to its size, is not capable of penetrating the skin and its action is localized on the surface, where it acts as a protective film against external aggressions. It is recommended to complement the action of creams, which act on the superficial layer of the skin, with nutritional supplements that strengthen and complete their action from the inside. An intake of hyaluronic acid orally allows for action at the level of the dermis, the deep layer of the skin where it is synthesized. It is recommended to take this treatment in the evening for nighttime action, as the skin, then protected from external aggressions, can implement its regeneration mechanisms.

OUR hyaluronic acid is derived from biotechnology: it is a natural and vegan active ingredient. There are hyaluronic acids of different sizes or molecular weights. Thus, we distinguish between low molecular weight hyaluronic acids, medium molecular weight, and high molecular weight. Each size of molecule has a specific function in the skin. The hyaluronic acid we have selected is a next-generation hyaluronic acid based on a complete spectrum including these different molecular weights. There are several hyaluronic acids that differ by their sizes - or molecular weights - and by their actions. The hyaluronic acid molecules have varied sizes depending on their location in the skin:
