The Menopause Sticks combine sage and black cohosh, two plants traditionally used to support women during menopause. They contribute to menopausal comfort and help to better manage common symptoms such as hot flashes, excessive sweating, or irritability.

The centifolia rose is recognized for its targeted action on night sweats, often a source of discomfort and fatigue.

The vitamin B6 helps reduce fatigue and contributes to the regulation of hormonal and nervous activity, thus promoting a more stable and calm state of mind.

2 – SKIN, JOINTS & YOUTHFULNESS

At the heart of the formula, Naticol® marine collagen, sourced from a sustainable supply chain, is recognized for supporting skin elasticity and helping to preserve skin firmness. Its effectiveness on visible signs of aging has been evaluated in a clinical study¹.

The combination with vitamin C optimizes the body's natural collagen synthesis while contributing to cellular protection against oxidative stress.

Marine collagen is also combined with field horsetail, a natural source of silica, recognized for its role in maintaining joint comfort and regenerating supporting tissues.

3 – INTESTINAL FLORA BALANCE

The Menopause Sticks include the probiotic strain Lactobacillus rhamnosus, widely studied for its role in balancing the female intimate flora.

This strain helps support the vaginal microbiota, maintain a balanced physiological pH, and reduce sensations of discomfort. Recent scientific studies have highlighted its benefits in managing imbalances of the intimate flora².
