Naturally synthesized by the body, hyaluronic acid is a major component of the skin that guarantees its plump and smooth appearance thanks to its ability to attract and retain nearly a thousand times its weight in water. 50% of the hyaluronic acid present in the body is found at the skin level, the hydration of the latter being therefore closely linked to the amount of water captured by the hyaluronic acid molecules!

From age 25, and following UV exposure, its content decreases and the skin dehydrates, reducing its elasticity and causing an increase in wrinkles and fine lines.

1 - DIFFERENT SIZES OF HYALURONIC ACIDS

There are different sizes, and depending on their location in the different layers of the skin, their actions differ. It is important to note that the entire hyaluronic acid molecule is too large to pass through the skin barrier. Therefore, oral supplementation is essential to benefit from the advantages of this star molecule! To see a real effect, it is important to increase its synthesis, which is why Absolu Hyaluronique is composed of a spectrum of hyaluronic acids of different sizes.

Each of the sizes present in this spectrum is responsible for a different action in the skin. Low molecular weight hyaluronic acid easily penetrates the skin to stimulate its synthesis in depth, the medium molecular weight one acts against water loss and the plump appearance of the skin and the highest molecular weight acts on the surface, at the epidermis level, to fill wrinkles and fine lines.

D-LAB is committed with a new generation hyaluronic acid derived from biofermentation, a natural and vegan synthesis technique.
