Do I have to take all 3 formulas at the same time?

The 3 formulas of this program work in synergy on different levers of the body. Like all our formulas containing purifying plants, we recommend taking them in the morning during breakfast, when the elimination organs, highly solicited by phytotherapy, are active. The Metabolism Activator contains guarana, caffeine, and green tea, energizing active ingredients that may disrupt sleep. We recommend separating the intake: 1 capsule in the morning during breakfast, and another during lunch. For best results, remember to drink enough water throughout the day to facilitate the elimination process.

Can I follow this treatment throughout the year?

We recommend following the programs for 3 consecutive months to create "cellular memory" and thus ensure lasting results at the end of the treatment. And we advise not to extend the treatment for more than 3 months but to alternate with other programs. This treatment should be renewed 1 to 2 times a year for long-term effects.
