The combination of L-tryptophan, an amino acid derived from corn fermentation, and organic ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) KSM-66 promotes relaxation and the onset of sleep.

Ashwagandha contributes to emotional balance and overall well-being, while L-tryptophan is known for its role in serotonin synthesis, a precursor to melatonin. This synergy optimizes nighttime recovery and sleep quality.

2 - CELLULAR PROTECTION AND INFLAMMATION REDUCTION

Zinc (gluconate standardized at 14%, prepared in France) and vitamin E (derived from soy, standardized at 33.5%) help protect cells against oxidative stress. Zinc also plays a role in cell division and macronutrient metabolism.

The SynbÆctive® Sport Max complex, composed of four probiotic strains, acts to reduce systemic inflammation and oxidative stress. According to a clinical study conducted at 4 billion CFU/day, this complex reduces digestive disorders and improves comfort after exercise.

3 - DIGESTIVE BALANCE AND PERFORMANCE SUPPORT

The SynbÆctive® Sport Max complex modulates nutrient absorption and reduces gastrointestinal discomfort typical of intense training. This clinically validated action promotes digestive balance and muscle recovery. Ashwagandha KSM-66 supports the body's resistance to stress, contributing to emotional stability and overall vitality.

Usage tips

2 capsules per day, to be taken with a large glass of water.

In the evening, 30 minutes before bedtime. To promote natural falling asleep and optimize nighttime recovery.
