"Like all our formulas containing purifying plants, we recommend taking it in the morning during breakfast, when the elimination organs, which are highly stimulated by phytotherapy, are active. For best results, remember to drink enough water throughout the day to facilitate the elimination process."

It is possible to consume this formula continuously. We recommend following this treatment for at least 3 consecutive months for the results to be perfectly visible and lasting. Extending the treatment for 3 times 28 days, that is, 3 consecutive cellular cycles, helps to trigger "cellular memory": a part of the benefits will persist after stopping the treatment.
