As with all our formulas containing cleansing plants, we recommend taking it in the morning during breakfast, when the elimination organs, which are heavily engaged by phytotherapy, are active. For best results, remember to drink enough water throughout the day to facilitate the elimination process.

We recommend following Detox treatments for at least 3 consecutive months to create cellular memory and thus ensure lasting results after the treatment. And we advise not to extend the same detox treatment for more than 3 months, rather 1 to 2 times per year.

In general, at D-LAB it is perfectly possible to combine 2 Detoxes because our formulas have been designed to be combined with each other to address multiple issues at the same time. However, please note that our Detoxes are formulas very rich in depurative phytotherapy. These powerful plants are selected to stimulate the elimination organs and deeply cleanse the body. To avoid over-stimulating them, it is recommended to combine a maximum of 2 detox formulas and not to continue the treatment beyond 3 months.

To avoid any digestive discomfort, it is necessary to:

- Reduce "hypertoxic" foods that can damage the intestinal membrane such as lactose, gluten, bad fats, and processed products.

- Drink at least 1.5 to 2L/day to promote intestinal detoxification.

- Have a sufficient daily intake of prebiotics: "soluble" fibers that are not assimilated by the body. These fibers are found in certain fruits and vegetables: apple, garlic, asparagus, artichoke, onion, banana, or leek.

2 months are necessary for measurable results. The first visible effects can be noticed after 28 days of treatment, with a reduction in belly bloating, a slimming of the waistline, and a lasting sensation of comfort!
