Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of Pro-Protéines Performance (neutral flavor)


  • 1 cup of oat flour


  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt


  • 1 cup of plant-based milk (almond, soy, oat, etc.)


  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey


  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil



Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the oat flour, baking powder, salt, and Pro-Performance Proteins.


  2. Add the plant-based milk, maple syrup or honey, and olive oil. Mix well until you get a smooth dough.


  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour a small ladle of batter to form each crepe.
