  • 1 tablespoon of Pro-Protein Performance (neutral flavor)


  • 1 cup of oat flour


  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt


  • 1 cup of plant-based milk (almond, soy, oat, etc.)


  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey


  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil



Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the oat flour, baking powder, salt, and Pro-Performance Protein.


  2. Add the plant-based milk, maple syrup or honey, and olive oil. Mix well until you obtain a smooth batter.


  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour a small ladle of batter to form each crepe.
     
  4. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip the pancakes and cook them on the other side.


  5. Serve the pancakes hot with fresh fruit and a drizzle of maple syrup for a protein-packed breakfast or snack.
